I've been asked by Lee West to forward to
you a copy of this picture. It's a shot taken on
Randy and Terri Suguinsky's wedding dive at sunset on 1 August 1998. It
shows Jim West, Randy and Terri taking a train out
of the otter immediately after the wedding ceremony. The photographer
was myself. Photo by Mike Ashley.

The weather was beautiful and sunny, the guests and jumpers were eager. The groom was nervous and excited, the airport "alter" was decorated. Food was warm and ready, the band was waiting to begin. The Twin Otter was purring in the background, and it was then 7:45pm. Where is the Bride? Oh! No! she's late!!! 7:55 she arrives, vows were said very quickly. Bride, Groom, and 20 others load the Otter. Take off approx 8:10pm. I don't think Sandy would have minded to much, she was a most understanding lady. Her memorial dive was a great dive and also introduced two new skydivers to their first tandems. (Friends of the bride surprised her by being on the airplane). A very memorable day for all, and the "Spirit of Sandy" was felt by all in attendance. Lee & Jim West
