Here is Tommy as a member of the 1973 United States Parachute Team.

At the 1973 Adratic Cup the U.S. Team won gold medals. Marching in the opening parade in Portoroz, Yogoslavia were (left to right) Debbie Schmidt, Gloria Porter, Tom Bennion, Tom Bryant, and Stan Hicks.

Tommy Bryant was a hardcore competitor for many, many years as well as one of the biggest pranksters to ever set foot on the drop zone! The Halloween Boogie was originally held at his house in Richmond and a Beech 18 would put a load of club members out at the start of the party. It was moved to the airport and has become one of the best boogies in the Mid Atlantic area. The night pool jump was done in 1967. Click HERE for the story!
